Tom Pantazis, a REALTOR®, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist, is a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with more than 30 years of diverse management experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Design and Construction. Extensive knowledge in property analysis, strategic planning, budget analysis, contract negotiations and general operational leadership.

San Francisco born/raised with more than 25 years as a resident of the peninsula, Tom has a Architectural Degree from UC Berkeley and has held leadership positions with companies such as The Gap, Gateway Computer, Impec Group and has owned his own Project Management firm for 18 years, twice winning company-wide awards for his people skills.

At KW Peninsula Estates (Servicing the San Francisco Bay Area), Tom is perfectly designed and committed to provide a full menu of Real Estate services for residential and commercial properties that are complete and seamless. His years of industry experience is an asset in the areas of site selection, listening to client’s needs, identifying what is important and working within a budget.
